Meet Roshan Gill
Roshan is a Building Technology and Energy Specialist with more than 20 years of experience delivering smarter, more efficient buildings. His expertise spans Building Management Systems (BMS), Operational Technology (OT), HVAC controls, building analytics, and asset performance.
He is known for providing independent, practical advice that helps clients design, optimise, and maintain resilient, high-performing building systems throughout the entire asset lifecycle. His focus is always on solutions that are efficient, maintainable, and built for long-term operational success.
Beyond his professional work, Roshan is a passionate industry volunteer. He is currently serving his fifth term as Chair of AIRAH’s Big Data Special Technical Group and is also the Associate Director of the Electrification Special Technical Group, contributing to the advancement of digital innovation and building electrification across the HVAC&R industry.
